Daily Exercise

Incorporating daily exercise in your life should be absolute must, it’s apart of healthy living. There are many benefits to adding exercise to your daily routine and I am living proof that the benefits are substantial. Before I became physically active, I was diagnosed with health ailments such as depression and high cholesterol. Since then my overall health had improved significantly. Although I still suffer from PTSD and was diagnosed as having TBI, exercise has helped improve my overall mood. It has also lowered my cholesterol levels and no longer have to depend on medications to keep my levels normal. Attached below is a link to a website that I found interesting. Although the article is a little outdated, it provided a lot of useful information about the benefits of exercise.
