Listen to your body talk.

A little bit of advice from my heart to yours. The human body is an amazing thing; however, it can break down if it isn’t cared for properly. You have to trust and believe in yourself and have faith that in our Lord Jesus Christ and our God, in order to take care of yourself.

Exercising can also be used as an avenue to prevent and manage stress, overcome depression, and cope with PTSD and suicidal thoughts, because you’re occupying your mind and body with something good instead of something bad.

So think healthy, be healthy. Take the initiative to exercise, focus on trying to eat well and drink more water. Listening to your body can tell you many things.
